We are a cooperative for registration service providers based in Cologne with 60 local and regional partners. And the number is growing from week to week. The companies operating under our umbrella offer their services, such as vehicle registration, not only locally but also nationwide. This means that car dealerships receive services from a single source wherever they need them, regardless of their location.

Our vision

In cooperation with everyone involved, we help ensure that vehicle registrations, ownership changes and deregistrations can be mapped fully digitally as quickly as possible. We are further developing our registration software premium-zulasser.online and connecting it via interfaces with other important IT tools from car dealerships, online providers, fleet operators, registration authorities and other relevant market participants. Of course it is i-vehicle compatible. We are continually expanding our market leadership and increasing the profitability of our cooperative in order to provide our members with the best possible support in their day-to-day business.

What we offer.

How we are organised

Our cooperative is operationally managed by a three-person board of directors. The members are professionals in the approval business. The supervisory board consists of five people. The main purposes of the cooperative are to pool common interests, use uniform software systems and provide nationwide approval services at a premium level.
