Hack and Cichon confirmed as chairmen of the supervisory board and executive board
Cologne. The supervisory board and executive board of PremiumZulasser eG, the leading provider of services relating to the registration of motor vehicles, are starting another three-year term of office with no changes in their personnel. At the general meeting of the Cologne cooperative, under whose umbrella over 60 local and regional approval companies have joined forces to form a nationwide association, the members of both committees were re-elected. Dr. remains chairman of the supervisory board. Christoph Hack (73), lawyer and former Human Resources and Legal Director at TÜV Rheinland AG. His deputy is still Hans-Martin Horstenkamp, managing director of Schilder Reiske in Bochum. Florian Cichon (58), businessman and former managing director of TÜV Rheinland Plus GmbH, continues to head the board. Heinz Sobieralski from the Speed Registration Service in Leipzig will continue to represent him in the future.
“PremiumZulasser eG has developed from a promising start-up to number one in the industry within just a few years and is making an important contribution to the digitalization of the approval system in Germany with its approval software premium-zulasser.online. We will consistently continue on this path together with our members,” said Supervisory Board Chairman Hack after his re-election.
CEO Cichon is also relying on strategic alliances with the German automotive industry. The cooperative is currently cooperating with the automotive industry in North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony-Bremen and Hesse. “As a driver of digitalization in the registration system, we also want to support everyone involved in ensuring that i-Kfz Level 4 works properly as quickly as possible despite ongoing startup problems,” continued Cichon. Digitalization brings measurable advantages for retailers and authorities, especially in times of high operating costs and a shortage of skilled workers.
